Community level

When you are at the community hub level, the top blue ribbon, the Inclusion Strengths will show you the top 5 constructs across all assets, the Areas to Grow is the bottom 5 construct scores across all assets. The last button shows all the constructs that are averaged across all the assets.

Community Asset level

To view data for a particular asset, click on the action button called ‘view’. Here you can view the data again in the categories of top 5, bottom 5, and all data.

Community and Community Assets

  • The view is the same for going through the results. It is organized as a table, with the Constructs, the Score, Adaptations, and Links. The links are the inclusion elements that provide examples of implementing GRAIDs.
  • Sort the data by click the sort icon next to each table heading.
  • Download the data by clicking the blue down-facing arrow. This will download all the data as a CSV file.

GRAIDs

Once your community has identified the areas that they want to focus on for improvement, the next step is to find solutions. The GRAIDs is set up to help the user narrow in on solutions. It starts at the broad Strategy level then goes down to Guidelines, then Recommendations, then Adaptations, and then Inclusion elements. After clicking each one, it will take you to the next level that provides more and more detail. The layout is the same for all levels.

  • Any GRAID can be bookmarked, so that you can come back to it.
  • At the top of the screen, it shows a roadmap of the higher levels of GRAIDs you have already clicked on, in case you want to trace backwards.
  • You can also search the GRAIDs by clicking the ‘Search GRAIDs’ button.
